QB/T 1196-2023《羽绒羽毛枕、垫》已于2023年11月1日正式实施.为了加深对新标准的理解与应用,本文从适用范围、术语和定义、质量要求、试验方法、检验规则及使用说明等入手,全方位对比了新旧《羽绒羽毛枕、垫》标准的差异及修改的原因,并提出了对策和建议.
