摘要
茧丝绸业是集贸工农于一体的产业,是我国传统民族产业、重要民生产业和国际竞争优势产业.近年来,随着乡村振兴、县域经济等多重重大战略机遇叠加,茧丝绸业被激发出无限的市场活力.本文通过调研发现,目前安徽省茧丝绸业仍面临专业人才匮乏、全产业链多元创新能力不足、茧丝质量公检制度功能暗弱无彰等问题,建议通过人才赋能、科创赋能、全链条赋能等多维赋能,推动安徽省茧丝绸行业创新发展,为乡村振兴、县域经济高质量发展贡献行业力量.
Abstract
The cocoon and silk industry is an industry that integrates trade,industry,and agriculture.It is a traditional ethnic industry,an important livelihood industry,and an internationally competitive advantage industry in China.In recent years,with the overlapping of multiple major strategic opportunities such as rural revitalization and county-level economy,the cocoon and silk industry has been stimulated with infinite market vitality.this article found,at present,Anhui's cocoon silk industry still faces problems,such as a shortage of professional talents,insufficient innovation capabilities in the entire industry chain,and weak and ineffective functions of the cocoon silk quality inspection system.Through multidimensional empowerment such as talent empowerment,scientific and technological innovation empowerment,and full chain empowerment,we will promote the development of the cocoon silk industry from old trees to new branches,and contribute industry strength to rural revitalization and high-quality development of the county economy.
