根据氧化铝纤维的化学性质差异,将氧化铝纤维分别与其他常见有机纤维和无机纤维进行混合,制备多组待测样品,经与各类化学试剂溶解反应,测得各个样品组在各类化学试剂和不同试验条件下的各自质量修正系数,并形成双组分定量分析测试方案,经过反复多组验证试验,确保研究整体方案的科学性和可靠性,最终获得氧化铝纤维与其他各类纤维混纺的定量分析测试方案.
Study on quantitative analysis of alumina fiber and other fibers blended product
In order to prepare a series of samples to be tested,the alumina fiber is mixed with other common organic fibers and similar inorganic fibers,after a series of chemical tests,the quality correction coefficients of Alumina fiber under different chemical reagents and experimental conditions were got,a quantitative analysis and test scheme for two-component fabric was developed.After a series of verification experiments,ensured the accuracy and reliability of the test scheme and data.The quantitative analysis methods of alumina fiber other fibers blended product were discussed.
