为了提升GB 1103.1-2023《棉花第1部分:锯齿加工细绒棉》认知程度,本文对比了新、旧标准在适用范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、质量要求、抽样、检验方法、检验规则等11个方面的差异,解释了修改原因,并提出了一定见解.
Abstract
To enhance the familiarity of GB 1103.1-2023"Cotton Part 1:Saw ginned upland cotton",this paper compares the differences between the new and old standards in 11 aspects,including scope of application,normative references,terminology and definitions,quality requirements,sampling,inspection methods,and inspection rules.The reasons for the modifications are explained,and some insights are proposed in this paper.
