摘要
机械危害防护手套是指用于防护磨损、切割、撕裂、穿刺中至少一种机械伤害风险的手套.国家标准GB 24541-2022《手部防护机械危害防护手套》对于机械防护手套有明确的性能指标要求,通过手套的耐磨损性、耐切割性能(圆盘刀法、直刀法)、耐撕裂性、耐穿刺性、冲击防护项目的检测,得出手套的防护性能等级.本文通过对比GB 24541新、旧标准内容的变化,为提升对新标准的理解和规范试验操作提供参考.
Abstract
Protective gloves against mechanical hazards refer to gloves used to protect against the risk of at least one kind of me-chanical injury in wearing,cutting,tearing and puncturing.The national standard GB 24541-2022"Hand protection-Protective gloves against mechanical risks"testing the wear resistance,cutting resistance(disc knife method,straight knife method),tear re-sistance,puncture resistance and impact protection items of gloves,the protective performance grade of gloves was obtained.This paper explains the new standard of GB 24541-2022,grasps the requirement of the new standard to the performance of protective gloves,in order to help the laboratory to understand the new standard and standard operation.
