竹笋壳羧甲基纤维素基高吸水性树脂的制备及其性能

通过烧碱处理法提取竹笋壳纤维素,以竹笋壳羧甲基纤维素为接枝骨架,丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺为单体聚合得到性能优良的高吸水性树脂,且经红外光谱分析证明了该树脂的成功合成.通过单因素试验和正交试验优化得到制备条件为:CMC用量16%,m(AA)∶m(AM)=4∶1,丙烯酸中和度60%,引发剂用量3.5%,交联剂用量为1.5%,在温度60 ℃下反应1.5 h.合成所得高吸水性树脂的吸水倍率为518 g/g,耐盐倍率为55g/g.在常温下,其保水率高达99%,在1 h时吸水倍率达饱和吸水倍率的55.6%,可重复吸水多次.
Preparation and properties of bamboo shoot shell carboxymethyl cellulose-based superabsorbent polymers
Bamboo shoot shell cellulose was extracted from bamboo shoot shells using caustic soda treatment.Superabsorbent polymer(SAP)was prepared from bamboo shoot shell carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as the grafting skeleton,acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)as monomers.The successful preparation of SAP was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy analysis.Single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the preparation conditions as follows:CMC dosage of 16%,m(AA)∶m(AM)=4∶1,neutralization degree of acrylic acid at 60%,initiator dosage of 3.5%,crosslinking agent dosage of 1.5%,and the reaction was carried out at 60 ℃ for 1.5 hours.The SAP had absorption capacity of 518 g/g and salt tolerance capacity of 55 g/g.At room temperature,its water retention rate was as high as 99%,and it can be reused for multiple water absorp-tions,reaching 55.6%of the saturated absorption capacity within 1 hour.
