摘要
当前,随着党和国家机构改革的不断深入推进,全国纤维检验事业也进入纤维质量监测时代,需要全体纤维质量监测工作者共同研究和思考新时代下的质量监测体制机制问题.文章从建立健全相应法律法规、明确纤维质量监测定义、明确管理体制、明确质量监测闭环管理模式、明确核心工作等五个方面较为系统地阐述了纤维质量监测工作制度体系,尤其对纤维质量监测定义、闭环管理模式和核心工作进行了深入探讨,希望以此抛砖引玉,与同仁分享,共同为纤维产业高质量发展贡献力量.
Abstract
At present,with the continuous deepening of the reform of the Party and state institutions,the national fiber inspection cause has also entered the era of fiber quality monitoring,and it is necessary for all fiber quality monitoring workers to jointly study and think about the quality monitoring system and mechanism in the new era.This paper systematically expounds the system and system of fiber quality monitoring from five aspects:establishing and improving the corresponding laws and regulations to achieve legal compliance,clarifying the definition of fiber quality monitoring,clarifying the management system,clarifying the closed-loop management mode of quality monitoring and clarifying the core work.In particular,the definition of fiber quality monitoring,the closed-loop management mode and the core work are deeply discussed.It is hoped that this will attract jade,share with colleagues,and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of the fiber industry.
