结合日常轻纺检测检验实验室的管理经验以及持续改善的精益思想应用心得,探讨分析价值和非增值的情况,总结了缺陷、运输、动作、等待、产品过剩、流程过剩、库存、人才等8类活动和服务中的浪费现象,并提出减少浪费、提升质量的思路,希望给行业在轻纺检验检测实验室的持续改善管理带来启发.
Abstract
Based on the management experience and application experience of Lean Thinking in daily light and textile inspection and testing laboratory,this paper analyzes the waste phenomena of eight activities and services,including value,non-value defects,transportation,actions,waiting,product overproduction,process overproduction,inventory,and human resource waste.It suggests ways to reduce waste and improve quality,hoping to provide inspiration for the industry in the continuous improvement manage-ment of light and textile inspection and testing laboratories.
