This article takes down clothing quality cases that have caused complaints due to various reasons in the production and sales process as the research object.Based on the detection results of each case,common quality problems such as drilling down,fabric discoloration and staining,fabric susceptibility to oil stains and black spots after fabric washing in down clothing are an-alyzed.Targeted preventive measures are proposed based on the fiber composition and production process information of down clothing in each case,which has good guiding significance for down clothing enterprises to prevent the occurrence of such quality problems.
