摘要
随着桑蚕鲜茧国际贸易的发展和国内生产、加工方式的改变以及检验技术能力的提升,标准重新修订势在必然,这对促进技术进步、规范市场秩序、保护农民利益、确保产业发展等方面具有重大意义.2003年5月19日我国首次发布了推荐性国家标准GB/T 19113-2003《桑蚕鲜茧分级(干壳量法)》,2022年10月12日,GB/T 19113修订后的标准正式发布.本文基于上述两版标准的变化情况进行对比分析,为生产企业、检验人员等标准使用者更好地理解、掌握和运用标准提供有效参考.
Abstract
With the development of international trade of silkworm fresh cocoon,the change of domestic production and processing modeand the improvement of inspection technology capability,revision of domestic standards is inevitable.It has a great significance in promoting technological progress,regulating market order,protecting farmers'interests and ensuring industrial development.On May 19,2003,the recommended national standard for classification of silkworm fresh cocoon(dry shell method)was issued for the first time.And on October 12,2022 the new standard was formally issued.This paper mainly analyzes and compares the changes of the new and old standards,so that manufacturers,inspectors and other standard users can better understand,grasp and use the new standard to provide effective reference.
