摘要
随着生活水平的提高及保健意识的增强,纯棉服饰越来越受到人们的青睐.棉花的成熟程度作为确定棉花品级的重要考核指标之一,对棉纤维的品质起到了关键影响.本文旨在针对GB/T 13777-2024中部切断法的各项参数进行研究,通过研究不同测试参数对结果的影响,进而验证中部切断法各参数的合理性.试验结果显示:18％氢氧化钠、纤维切断长度0.4 mm、测试组数10组及显微镜倍数500倍时,测试结果趋于稳定.证明标准参数选择合理.
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards and the enhancement of health care awareness,pure cotton clothing is increasingly favored by people.The maturity of cotton,as one of the important indexes to determine cotton grade,has a key influence on the quality of cotton fiber.The purpose of this paper is to study the parameters of GB/T 13777-2024.By studying the influence of different test parameters on the results,the optimal parameter collocation is obtained,and then the rationality of the parameters of the middle cutting method is verified.The test results show that the test results tend to be stable when 18％sodium hydroxide is used,the fiber cutting length is 0.4 mm,the number of test groups is 10 and the microscope magnification is 500 times.It proves that the selection of standard parameters is reasonable.
