Bumblebees play a crucial role in pollination services and are extensively utilized in agricultural production.Our focus was on elucidating the advantages associated with bumblebee pollination.Compared to alternative methods,pollination services provided by bumblebees are both safer and more efficient.Furthermore,they contribute to the enhancement of crop yield and quality.We explored various factors influencing bumblebee pollination,encompassing aspects such as flower color and pattern,volatile substances,pollen and nectar,as well as environmental factors.Our aim was to comprehensively address the intricate dynamics of bumblebee pollination.Here,we summarized the main challenges posed by pesticides to the health of bumblebees.We hope to provide an important theoretical basis for further understanding of the characteristics of bumblebee pollination.
