Honey bees play an important role in ecology and agricultural economy,so the survival and development of honey bees have received extensive attention.The composition and changes of gut microbiota have an important impact on the health and development of honey bees,and the study of the gut microbiota of honey bees has become a hot topic in scientific research.The construction of the microbiota-free bee model provides a basis for the study of the interaction between gut microorganisms and the host,and enriches the technical means for the study of gut microorganisms.This paper discusses 2 ways of obtaining the microbiota-free bee model and the development of the application of the microbiota-free bee model,and provides some precautions for the operation of the microbiota-free bee.
