With the issuance and update of the national standard for the maximum residue limit of veterinary drugs in food in China,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality and safety supervision of bee products.This article summarizes and analyzes the standards,policies,and differences of veterinary drug residue limits for bee products in major honey exporting countries in China today.It compares the relevant veterinary drug regulations and policies issued in China over the years,and analyzes the changes and developments of relevant veterinary drug policies and their impact on the quality and safety of bee products.Make beekeepers aware of what they can do and regulators aware of what they should do.This is of great significance for improving the quality and safety standards of China's bee products and smooth export trade.
