春繁阶段赣北地区中华蜜蜂生产性能及生物学特性研究

Study on production performance and biological characteristics of Apis cerana cerana in northern Jiangxi during spring propagation stage

为提高蜂群利用率,观察赣北地区中华蜜蜂从越冬后至第一个采集期(山乌桕花期)开始,蜂群增长变化等情况.试验结果表明,从1月初开始包装春繁,至3月中下旬培育新蜂王、组织蜂群分蜂,蜂群可达到较高利用效率;处女王的交尾成功率与蜂群群势呈负相关,1足框蜂交尾成功率最高;蜂王的日产卵量与外界蜜粉源呈正相关,蜂王日产卵量可高达640余粒.在江西中蜂养殖生产中,常因春繁管理不当而影响整个蜂场的采集力,本试验可以为其提供更精准的春繁模式,指导蜂农适时春繁来培育采集蜂,从而提高养蜂收益.
In order to improve the utilization rate of honeybee colonies,the changes of honeybee colony growth in northern Jiangxi Province from overwintering to the first collection period(flowering stage)were observed.The results showed that from the beginning of January to the end of March,the bee colonies were organized to cultivate new queens and divide colonies,and the utilization efficiency of the bee colonies was higher.The mating success rate of the virgin queen was negatively correlated with the colony potential,and the success rate of one-footed splenic bee was the highest.The daily egg laying capacity of the queen bee is positively correlated with the external nectar and pollen plants,and the daily egg laying capacity of the queen bee can reach more than 640.In the breeding and production of bees in Jiangxi Province,the collection power of the whole bee farm is often affected by improper spring breeding management.This experiment can provide a more accurate spring breeding model and guide bee farmers to cultivate and collect bees in timely spring breeding,so as to improve the revenue of beekeeping.
