摘要
为了解栽种的龙须藤其开花泌蜜习性、泌蜜量和花蜜糖含量,于2022～2023年在阳朔县对栽种的龙须藤进行调查,开展龙须藤开花泌蜜习性和花蜜测量研究.结果表明,龙须藤花期为8月中旬～10月中旬,花朵开放当天即泌蜜,单花泌蜜平均2～3d,在日间和夜间均泌蜜;采用套保鲜袋法测量:泌蜜量为11.8μL～25.8µL/朵.d,花蜜糖含量为7.0％～13.0％;在自然状态下,不套袋的龙须藤花朵其花蜜糖含量为10.5％～53.0％.
Abstract
To learn about flowering and nectar secreting habits,the amount of nectar secreted,and the sugar content of nectar of Bauhinia championii planted,Bauhinia championii planted was investigated in Yangshuo County from 2022 to 2023 and the research on flowering and nectar secreting habits and nectar measurement of Bauhinia championii was done.The results showed that the blooming period of Bauhinia championii was from mid-August to mid-October,nectar was secreted on the day of blooming,a single small flower secreted nectar for 2～3 days on average,and nectar was secreted during the day and at night;when it was measured by putting the flower in a plastic bag,the amount of nectar secreted was 11.8μL～25.8μL/flower·d,and sugar content of nectar was 7.0％～13.0％;and the sugar content of nectar of a Bauhinia championii flower not in a plastic bag in its natural state was 10.5％～53.0％.
