摘要
蜂蜜质量安全是蜂蜜产业发展的生命线,也是消费者关注的焦点.蜂蜜的真实性、兽药残留、微生物污染等问题已成为行业发展亟待解决的重点.健全蜂蜜标准体系对逐步解决蜂蜜的质量安全问题十分重要,也是探索中国蜂产业高质量发展的必经之路.
Abstract
The quality and safety of honey are the lifeline of the development of the honey industry and the focus of consumer attention.The issues of honey authenticity,veterinary drug residues,and microbial contamination have become the key points that urgently need to be solved in the field of industry development.A sound honey standard system is crucial for gradually addressing the quality and safety issues of honey,and is also a necessary path for exploring the high-quality development of China's bee industry.
