摘要
蜜蜂小盾片的色度是研究蜜蜂形态的一个重要指标.本文对安徽省不同地域的中华蜜蜂的小盾片色型进行观察与鉴定,结果表明安徽省中华蜜蜂小盾片色型丰富,其中小盾片Sc区以橙黄底色中间带黑三角斑型为主,色型标准从0-7分为8级;K区以土黄及黑相间为主,而B区以黑底中棕斑居多.本研究为安徽省中华蜜蜂种群分类、保护、遗传育种等提供理论参考.
Abstract
Scutelumo pigmentation of the honeybee is an important character for morphological reseach.In this study,the scutelumo pigment of the Apis cerana from different regions in Anhui Province were observed and identified.The results indicated that there were more than eight colour types(0-7)of Sc area and mainly characterized by the yellow-brown grounding with black tri-angle in the middle.K area was yellow-brown alternate with black,B area was brown with black grounding.This research provided theoretical reference for the classification,protection,genetic breeding and other aspects of Apis cerana populations in Anhui Province.
