沂蒙山区中华蜜蜂色型多样性研究

色型标记是蜜蜂形态学标记中的一项重要指标.试验采集了沂蒙山中华蜜蜂(北方型)保护区内活框养殖中华蜜蜂样本125群、原生态养殖中华蜜蜂样本25群,对2250只工蜂进行唇部、小盾片及背板7项色型指标的分析,研究保护区内中华蜜蜂色型多样性.结果表明:沂蒙山区中华蜜蜂色型较为丰富,活框养殖中蜂不同色型指标差异显著(P＜0.05),原生态养殖中蜂上唇主要色型与活框养殖中蜂结果相同,以6型为主.上述结果可为沂蒙山区北方型中华蜜蜂种质资源评价和保护利用提供理论依据.
Abstract
Color types markers are an important indicator in bee morphological marker.125 samples of live frame cultured Apis cerana cerana and 25 samples of original ecological cultured Apis cerana cerana were collected in the Chinese honeybee nature reserve,labrum,scutellum,and tergum were analyzed on 2250 worker bees to study the color types diversity of Apis cerana cerana in the reserve.The results showed a high diversity of color types of Apis cerana cerana in the Yimeng Mountain area,and there were significant differences in different color types indicators in live frame breeding(P＜0.05).The main color types of the labrum of bees in original ecological breeding was the same as that in live frame breeding,with 6 types being the main.The above results can provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation,protection,and utilization of northern type Apis cerana cerana germplasm resources in the Yimeng Mountain area.
