中蜂囊状幼虫病毒的免疫应答研究简述

囊状幼虫病毒(SBV)是威胁中华蜜蜂最为重要的病原,是造成中蜂种群数量下降的重要威胁因素.免疫系统作为生物体抵御病原微生物感染的唯一途径,诱发有效的免疫应答反应是清除病原微生物的关键.因此,针对病毒及其抗原的免疫应答反应是防治中蜂囊状幼虫病(CSBV)侵害中华蜜蜂的重要途径.本研究回顾了近年来基于病毒及病毒抗原进行的中蜂自身的免疫应答研究,以及通过体外刺激引起免疫应答反应用于疾病治疗的研究,为深入研究囊状幼虫病毒的免疫应答及基于免疫应答机制的防控提供综合考量.
Sacbrood virus(SBV)is the most important pathogen that threatens and causes the decline in the population of the Apis cerana cerana.The immune system is the unique way to fight against the infection of pathogens,and the effective immune response is critical to eliminating the pathogens.Therefore,the immune response to virus or its antigens is important to prevention and treatment of CSBV.Here,we briefly review the studies of immune response to CSBV or its antigens and treatment based on the immune response through artificial stimulation.Finally,we hope this review can provide comprehensive consideration for the immune response and immune response-based control measures.
