To strengthen building of emergency response capacity for industrial accidents,the state authorities encourage production and business entities to establish emergency rescue teams,equip corresponding emergency rescue equipment and materials,and improve the professional level of emergency rescue.As a typical hazardous chemicals production enterprise,the risk of blowout,fire and explosion remains high,and once an accident occurs,it will cause serious accident losses and negative impact to the enterprise,so it is necessary to perform well in the building of full-time and part-time emergency rescue team to effectively resolve the crisis and ensure work safety of the enterprise.Through the analysis of the current situation of the building and management of emergency rescue team in oilfield enterprises,this thesis puts forward the problems and shortcomings in the current team building,plans the professional direction of the building of full-time and part-time emergency rescue team in oilfield enterprises,and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the management of emergency rescue teams from the two dimensions:enterprise and government.
