摘要
近年来,受极端气候影响,每年"七下八上"汛期,我国水域灾害事故呈多发、频发态势,洪涝灾害、人员溺水、车船翻沉等事故时有发生.面对"全灾种""大应急"的形势任务需要,地处皖南山区的池州市水域救援任务日趋繁重.结合工作实际,从山区基本情况、灾害事故特点、水域救援能力建设现状及不足等方面进行研究分析,对山区消防救援队伍水域救援能力建设提出几点思考和建议.
Abstract
In recent years,under the influence of extreme weather,the annual"late July and early August"flood season,China's water disasters and accidents are frequent,floods,drowning,capsizing and other accidents occur from time to time.In face of need for"all kinds of disasters capacity"and"big emergency management",the task of water rescue in Chizhou City,which is located in the mountainous area of southern Anhui Province,is becoming increasingly arduous.With cases from daily missions,this paper studies and analyzes the basic situation of mountainous areas,the characteristics of disasters and accidents,the current situation and shortcomings of water rescue capacity building,and puts forward some reflections and suggestions on the water rescue capacity building of fire and rescue teams in mountainous areas.
