摘要
本文针对变电站火灾灭火战术进行研究.介绍了研究背景和意义,指出了变电站火灾事故的严重性和对电力系统安全的威胁,概述了国内外研究现状.在灭火战术方面,结合作战案例提出了加强第一出动力量、围堵火势,不间断检测电压、增强个人触电防护,集中力量全面覆盖和不间断监控持续冷却火势等战术战法[1].总结了研究的主要结果和创新点,为提高变电站火灾灭火效能和保障电力系统安全提供了理论和实践指导.
Abstract
In this paper,the firefighting tactics of substation fire are studied,the research background and significance are introduced,the severity of substation fire accident and the threat to power system security are pointed out,and the research status at home and abroad is summarized.In terms of firefighting tactics,this paper elaborates with combat cases the tactics of strengthening the first response force,blocking the fire,continuously detecting voltage,enhancing personal electric shock protection,concentrating on comprehensive coverage and continuously monitoring and cooling the fire.The main results and innovations of the study are summarized,which provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving the efficiency of substation fire extinguishing and ensuring the safety of power system.
