摘要

西藏地处青藏高原西南部,高山峡谷,地势险峻,道路曲折,且自然灾害频发.同时,野外探险、攀岩、登山等活动受到众多驴友和游客的青睐,极易发生人员迷路、坠崖、被困及失踪事故,应急救援形势严峻.随着西藏社会经济发展的不断提高,越来越多的外地游客将西藏作为旅行的必经之地,也吸引了越来越多的登山爱好者,这些人喜欢涉足奇山险峰、挑战自我.除登山爱好者外,山地居民生活区域内灾害事故也时有发生,因此建设高海拔山岳救援实战化训练设施对于提升山岳救援应急响应能力和专业救援水平具有重要意义.本文旨在聚焦西藏山岳灾害事故特点研究设计符合高海拔山岳救援实战化训练设施,以期为提升消防救援队伍救援能力提供思路和参考.

Abstract

Tibet is located in the southwest of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,with high mountains and valleys,steep terrain,tortuous roads and frequent natural disasters.At the same time,field exploration,rock climbing,mountain climbing and other activities are favored by many tourists,making them prone to getting lost,falling off cliffs,trapped and missing accidents,and the emergency rescue situation is grim.With the continuous improvement of Tibet's social and economic development,more and more foreign tourists regard Tibet as a necessary place to travel,and attract more and more mountaineering enthusiasts,who like to set foot in strange mountains and dangerous peaks and challenge themselves.In addition to mountaineering enthusiasts,disasters and accidents also occur from time to time in the living areas of mountain residents.Therefore,the building of high-altitude mountain rescue training facilities is of great significance to improve the emergency response ability and professional rescue level of mountain rescue.Purpose of this paper is to focus on the characteristics of mountain disasters and accidents in Tibet,to study and design practical training facilities for high-altitude mountain rescue,and to provide ideas and references for improving the rescue ability of fire and rescue teams.
