Earthquake emergency supplies and equipment are the most important part to earthquake emergency rescue.This study based on the concept of"disaster area and reserve point gravity index",the emergency supplies and equipment to carry on the project,including the disaster area for emergency supplies reserves and gravity index is a measure of each reserve point meet the demand of disaster emergency supplies the possibility of the size of the target.By calculating the distance index and the material reserve index,this study calculates the attractiveness index of disaster areas and 18 emergency supply reserves,so as to determine the material allocation plan.Finally,the city of datong,Beijing,Shenyang,Zhaotong,Zhangjiakou and Shanghai are taken as examples to determine the optimal allocation of material reserve points,indicating that the method proposed in this study can be used for the allocation of post-earthquake emergency materials.
