摘要
为满足"全灾种、大应急"框架下的地震应急响应服务要求,在梳理当前地震应急响应技术系统面临的挑战的基础上,引入新的技术和方法,提出新一代全国地震应急响应服务技术系统的建设构想,全方位提升地震应急响应服务能力,推进防震减灾工作更高"智"量、更高水平、更高效率的发展.
Abstract
In order to fulfill the requirements of earthquake emergency response services under the emergency framework of all types of disasters,based on sorting out the challenges faced by the current earthquake emergency response technology system,new technologies and methods are introduced,and a new generation national earthquake emergency response service technology system is proposed to comprehensively improve earthquake emergency response service capabilities and promote the development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work with higher"intelligence",higher level and higher efficiency.
