摘要
针对当前消防救援地震救援专业队能力与资质认证体系建设现状,结合近年来国内外各类救援队伍能力与资质认证体系建设有关经验做法,分析存在的问题短板,并就如何提升救援队专业能力、完善资质认证体系提出思考及建议.
Abstract
In view of the current situation of the ability and qualification certification system of the professional fire rescue and earthquake rescue team,based on the experience and practice of building capability and qualification certification system of various rescue teams at home and abroad in recent years,the existing problems and shortcomings are analyzed in this thesis.It also puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to improve the professional ability of rescue teams and improve the qualification certification system.
