In view of the severe challenges and demands faced by the current emergency communication development,the path and application scheme for space-air-ground integrated communication network are put forward.This paper analyzes the current situation of emergency communication technology support and related policies,points out the current needs and problems,and proposes an integrated emergency communication technology scheme which integrates the establishment of joint logistics linkage mechanism,the improvement of commanders'on-site perception ability and the provision of auxiliary decision-making support information,and verifies the feasibility of the establishment of air-space-ground integrated emergency communication network through the actual case of intelligent emergency communication.The research shows that such system can achieve stable communication network coverage in complex environment,thus effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of rescue operations.
