摘要
通过对"闽安-2024"地震应急综合演练的现场调研和沟通交流,科学全面的对演练各要素设置、脚本编写、科目设置等进行梳理,分析各级指挥部的指挥调度、各参演单位的联动协作能力,总结此次演练亮点,分析演练暴露的问题和不足,针对演练特点罗列评估项目和主要评估内容,开展演练评估,并提出改进建议.
Abstract
Through on-site research and communication on the"Min'an-2024"earthquake emergency comprehensive exercise,scientific and comprehensive review was conducted on the setting of various elements,script writing,and subject settings of the exercise,the command and dispatch capabilities of each levels of command headquarters and the Linkage and collaborative capabilities of each participating units were analyzed,and the highlights of the exercise were summarized,the problems and shortcomings exposed during the exercise were analyzed in this thesis.Based on the characteristics of the exercise,evaluation items and main evaluation contents were listed,and the exercise evaluation was carried out,with improvement suggestions proposed within this thesis.
