摘要
总结中国救援队在土耳其地震现场开展的多场救援行动中常用的搜救技术遇到的困难和挑战,中国救援队针对所遇到的困难和问题采取的搜索与营救技术和方法等案列,开展了案列分析,分析了各项搜救技术及其综合运用的优缺点,并对救援队在搜救技术方面提出了进一步的改进建议.
Abstract
Summarize the difficulties and challenges encountered with SAR techniques commonly used by the Chinese rescue team in many rescue operations carried out in the Turkish earthquake site,and SAR techniques and methods adopted by the Chinese rescue team in response to challenges encountered,carries out case analysis for advantages and disadvantages of various SAR technologies and their comprehensive application.Some suggestions are put forward for rescue teams to improve the SAR technology.
