摘要
基于国际城市搜索与救援的发展现状,运用SWOT分析方法从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面对在广西建立一支面向东盟地区的国际城市搜索与救援队伍进行可行性分析,认为依托广西面向东盟地区建设国际城市搜索与救援队伍,时机成熟,条件合适,可行性高,相关建设值得进一步推进.
Abstract
Based on the current situation of international USAR development,the feasibility of establishing an international urban search and rescue team beneficial for ASEAN region in Guangxi is analyzed from four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis method.This thesis considers that the time is ripe,the conditions are appropriate and the feasibility is high.Development of such teams is worthy of further promoting.
