In recent years,with the increase of global climate change and human activities,forest fires have occurred frequently,causing serious impacts on the ecological environment and socio-economic development.Especially in mountainous and complex terrain areas like Chongqing,forest firefighting faces many challenges.By analyzing the shortcomings in current forest firefighting and rescue,this paper explores the exploration path for building modern forest firefighting and rescue teams.Taking the Emergency Management Bureau of Yongchuan District,Chongqing as a case study,this paper introduces the practical experience of a government led modern professional forest firefighting team in equipment upgrading,command system optimization,personnel training,and social rescue force cooperation.This paper summarized the key elements for improving the ability and efficiency of forest firefighting and rescue,providing reference for building forest firefighting and rescue teams in other regions.
