In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,public health events and other emergencies,the importance of emergency food management has become increasingly prominent.Although Chinese government has made some achievements in emergency food management,established a relatively complete emergency food reserve and distribution system,and effectively guaranteed the basic needs of victims,there are still some problems such as insufficient functionality of emergency food,inefficient logistics and transportation,poor information communication and coordination,and incomplete laws and regulations.Therefore,the solution strategies are to enrich emergency food reserve varieties,improve storage conditions,formulate special laws and regulations,optimize distribution mechanism and strengthen supervision.
