摘要
建设灾害信息员队伍是新时代推进应急管理体系及能力建设的新举措,对提升公共突发事件应急决策和现场救援能力具有重要作用.自 2020 年《关于加强全国灾害信息员队伍建设的指导意见》实施以来,我国灾害信息员队伍建设取得了积极成效,涌现出一些实践案例.本文分析了四川省泸州市基层灾害信息员队伍建设的成功经验,并针对现有乡镇灾害信息员队伍建设存在的不足,提出了对策建议.
Abstract
The construction of disaster information worker team is a new method to promote emergency management system and capacity of in the new era,which plays an important role in enhancing decision-making and on-site rescue capabilities for public emergencies.Since implementation of the Guidance on Strengthening National Disaster Information Worker Team Construction in 2020,the construction of China's disaster information worker team has achieved positive results and several practical cases.This paper analyzes successful experience of the township information worker team construction in Luzhou,Sichuan,and also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
