对救援队伍能力进行分级测评是统筹发展和安全,确保我国现代化进程顺利推进的需要,是全面提升救援队伍综合救援能力的重要举措.本文通过对中国国际救援队、中国救援队能力分级测评重点环节准备工作经验的总结,提出了一些有益的经验与做法,希望能对各级各类救援队伍开展能力分级测评准备工作有所帮助.
Abstract
The graded evaluation of rescue team capabilities is necessary for coordinating development and security,ensuring the smooth progress of China's modernization process,and is an important measure to comprehensively upgrade the integrated rescue capabilities.This paper summarizes the experience in preparing key steps for grading evaluation on the capabilities of China International Search and Rescue and China Search and Rescue,proposes some useful experiences and practices,hoping to be helpful for the preparing work of capability grading evaluation for various levels and types of rescue teams.
