摘要
系统梳理了新技术在应急救援领域展现出广泛的应用前景,特别是在监测预警、灾情评估、搜索救援、运输保障及协同指挥等关键环节,同时,深入剖析了国内多个创新应用案例,如无人机在监测与搜救中的高效应用、大数据分析在地质灾害预测中的成功实践等,提出了推动应急技术研发、加强人才培养等对策建议,以推动新技术与传统救援模式的耦合创新,全面提升我国应急救援的现代化水平.
Abstract
This paper systematically reviews the new technologies has shown wide application prospects in the field of emergency rescue,especially monitoring and early warning,disaster assessment,search and rescue,transportation support,coordinated command and other key steps,at the same time,deeply analyses multiple innovative application cases in China,such as efficient application of unmanned aerial vehicle in monitoring and search and rescue,successful practice of big data analysis in geological disaster prediction and so on,provides countermeasures and recommendations such as promoting emergency technology research and development,strengthening personnel training and others,so as to promote the coupling innovation of new technologies and traditional rescue modes,and comprehensively improve the modernization level of China's emergency rescue.
