消防员危险化学品事故处置初期侦检与作业环境评估

当前,消防救援队伍正处于厚积薄发、动能强劲、大有可为的关键期,这为消防基础设施的全面建设、防灾减灾救灾能力的全面提升,提供了前所未有的历史性机遇.本文以近年来我国一线消防员处置危险化学品事故现场的实战需求入手,对作业过程中救援人员的初步侦检以及作业环境评估的重要性及实施策略进行了逐一研判.依托气体泄漏探测系统,指导各级消防员通过系统的侦检和准确的环境评估措施,短时间内实现对事故现场可能存在的各类潜在风险的精准预判,最大限度地有效保障消防员处置过程中的自身安全.
At present,the fire rescue team is in a critical period of accumulating strength,strong momentum,and great potential,which provides an unprecedented historic opportunity for the comprehensive construction of fire infrastructure and the comprehensive improvement of disaster prevention,mitigation and relief capabilities.This paper starts with the practical needs of frontline firefighters in China in handling hazardous chemical accidents in recent years,and conducts the analysis and judgment one by one on the importance and implementation strategies of the early investigation and operational environment assessment in the course of operation by the rescue workers.Relying on the gas leak detection system,guiding firefighters at all levels conducting systematic inspections and accurate environmental assessments through systematic detection and accurate environmental assessment measures to realizing accurate prediction of various potential risks that may exist at the accident scene,and maximum effective protecting firefighters'safety during the disposal process.
