卫星便携站在应急救援实战中的应用和建议

近年来,洪水、地震、泥石流等大型自然灾害频发,且发生的位置、范围、时间具有不确定性,灾情发生后极易造成基站损坏、通信中断,特别是灾害波及城镇、村庄,被困人员较多,通信网络中断后严重影响救援工作开展.本文总结了卫星便携站在应急通信中的主要优点,复盘分析实战应用中卫星便携站存在的不足和面临的问题,并结合工作经验从装备环境适应性、覆盖范围、高数据传输等方面提出了改进建议,旨在为提升应急通信保障能力提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,large-scale natural disasters such as floods,earthquakes,and mudslides have occurred frequently,and their location,scope,and time are uncertain.After the disasters occurs,it is extremely easy to cause base stations'damage and communication interruptions,especially when the disasters affect towns and villages with a large number of trapped people.The interruption of communication networks seriously affects the progress of rescue work.This paper summarizes the main advantages of satellite portable stations in emergency communication,analyzes the shortcomings and problems in practical application of satellite portable stations,and proposes improvement suggestions from aspects of equipment environment adaptability,coverage range,and high data transmission based on work experience,aiming to provided reference for improving emergency communication support capabilities.
