洪涝灾害救援中道路抢通技法研究

摘要
受连续强降雨影响,安徽省黄山市发生严重洪涝灾害,多条道路受到损毁,给抢险救援工作带来极大困难,尽快恢复交通成为抢险救灾工作的关键.本文以抢通黄山市歙县小溪村、清溪村和古祝村的道路为例,对道路受损情况进行了分析,重点对道路抢通技法进行了研究,希望对类似的道路抢通工作提供有益的参考.
Abstract
Affected by the continuous heavy rainfall,the severe flood disaster occurred in Huangshan City in Anhui,and many roads were damaged,which brought great difficulties to emergency rescue.Restoring traffic as soon as possible has become the key to emergency rescue and disaster relief work.This paper takes the rapid road recovery of Xiaoxi Village,Qingxi Village and Guzhu Villlage in She County,Huangshan City as examples,analyzes the road damage situation,focuses on the techniques of rapid road recovery,hoping to provide useful references for similar rapid road recovery work.
