The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "improve the national emergency management system" and continuously "improving the ability to prevent and reduce disasters,provide disaster relief,and handle urgent,difficult,dangerous,and serious public emergencies",which has put forward clear requirements for "how to build and construct" the new era emergency rescue national team and main force.In the context of the new era,practical teaching and training are important factors that affect the generation of combat effectiveness.Combat effectiveness is the only fundamental standard that must be insisted,and the reform of practical teaching and training should be continuously deepen.Constantly promoting teaching and training work towards self-awareness,team oriented,and practical implementation,in order to provide talent and intellectual support for the leapfrog development of fire rescue industry.
