摘要
国家综合性消防救援队伍改制转隶后,职能任务更加宽泛、执勤备战更加繁重、能力需求更加专业.本文就如何加快专业化能力水平提升,通过调查问卷、文献查阅、实地察看、座谈交流、数据调集等方式,分析当前队伍培训体系中存在的问题与不足,并提出消防训练培训体系建设思考及针对性措施.
Abstract
After the restructuring and transfer of the national comprehensive fire rescue team,its functional tasks have become more extensive,its duty preparation has become more arduous,and its ability requirements have become more professional.This article discusses how to accelerate the improvement of professional competence through the methods such as survey questionnaires,literature review,on-site inspections,discussions and exchanges,and data mobilization,analyzes problems and deficiencies in the current team training system,and proposes ideas and targeted measures for the construction of a fire training system.
