以北京市四惠消防救援站的实践为例,探讨了电子预案在灭火救援中的开发与应用现状.详细分析了传统纸质预案在消防救援中的局限性以及电子预案的特点和优势.阐述四惠消防救援站通过电子预案实现了快速信息提取、动态更新和决策辅助,成功应对复杂火灾场景,大大提高了消防救援的效率和精准度.同时分析了电子预案在实际应用中面临的挑战,包括系统的普及、人员培训和与纸质预案的互补性,并提出优化建议.
Abstract
This paper explores the development and application status on electronic plans in firefighting by taking the practice of Beijing Sihui fire rescue station as an example,detailed analyzes the limitations of traditional paper-based plans in fire rescue and characteristics,as well as the characteristics and advantages of electronic plans,elaborates Sihui fire rescue stationimplemented fast information extraction,dynamic updates,and decision assistance through electronic plans,successfully responds to complex fire scenarios greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of firefighting and rescue operations,at the meanwhile,analyzes the challenges faced by electronic plans in practical applications which including the popularization of the system,personnel training,and complementarity with paper plans,and proposes optimization suggestions.
