With the acceleration of urbanization,urban tunnels,as an important component of modern urban transportation,are crucial to the safety and smooth flow of the city.This paper aims to analyze the main types and causes of urban tunnel emergencies,focuses on analyzing the problems that existing in emergency management,combining the effective practices in emergency management of urban tunnels in Hangzhou,and proposes effective countermeasures for emergency management to improve the level of emergency management in urban tunnels.
