Research on Construction of Fire Rescue Action Organization and Command System from the Perspective of Comprehensive Emergencies:Taking the Rescue of Shijingshan Tunnel on July 15th in Zhuhai as an Example
The construction of the organization and command system for firefighting and rescue operations from the perspective of comprehensive emergencies directly affects rescue efficiency and scientificity of firefighting and rescue teams.This paper takes the "7·15" Shijingshan Tunnel rescue operation in Zhuhai as the point of entry,elaborates the problems and difficulties that existing in the current construction status of the fire rescue operation organization and command system from the perspective of comprehensive emergencies and discusses and proposes specific measures to improve and optimize the current fire rescue operation organization and command system construction,which provides reliable reference for the fire rescue team to improve the organization and command system construction and enhance the level of rescue combat capabilities.
