摘要
目的:在医院集团化发展背景下探索创新医院后勤管理手段,加强管理力量,探索后勤社会化改革,提升后勤保障能力.方法:制定与医院发展相匹配的后勤发展规划和目标;建立完善后勤管理制度;建立科学客观的考核评价体系,提升外包服务质量;推行精细化管理提升服务品质;建立后勤管理信息化平台,有效提升服务效率.结果:后勤服务满意度及服务质量不断提高,综合能耗下降,医院运行成本降低,后勤管理水平得到不断提升,先后获得多项表彰和荣誉.结论:制定后勤发展的中长期规划是保证后勤管理可持续发展的前提;完善制度可以使后勤管理更加规范化和可持续化;信息化平台和监控系统有助于形成闭环管理,降低运行成本;建立科学的评价考核体系是提升外包服务质量的有效手段.
Abstract
Objectives:To improve hospital logistic support and logistic support socialization by explore hospital logistic management measures under the environment of hospital group.Methods:Series of hospital logistic management measures such as setting up logistic development planning and goals which matched with hospital situation,building and completing logistic management system,constructing scientific assessment system,improving outsourcing quality,promoting lean management and strengthening information system were implemented to effectively improve efficiency.Results:The satisfaction rate of logistic service has been continuously promoted,general energy consumption has been reduced and hospital logistic management has been improved.Conclusions:Making middle-long term hospital logistic development planning is the precondition on assuring logistic management sustainable development.The completed regulations can help logistic management more standardization and sustainable.Information platform and monitoring system can help closed loop management and reduce operation cost.Scientific assessment system is an effectiveness way on promoting outsourcing quality.
