Objective:To analyze issues related to patient safety and improvements in medical quality and safety by conducting data analysis and mining,and to propose recommendations.Methods:A cross-sectional comparative approach was used to analyze adverse events in medical quality and safety from 2018 to 2021,summarizing patterns of these incidents over this period.Results:In recent years,significant differences have been observed in the reporting quantity and quality of medical adverse events.To increase the frequency and quality of these reports,a comprehensive strategy is needed to address this challenge.Conclusion:Recommendations include standardizing the management model for adverse event reporting systems,optimizing reporting channels,establishing comprehensive preventive measures,and enhancing transparent communication and training on safety information.
