Current status and hotspot analysis of lean management research in Chinese hospitals
Objective:To explore the current state and hotspots of lean management in hospital management research,providing reference for further practice and studies.Methods:Relevant literature on lean management was retrieved from the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,and Wanfang Database.Statistical and visualization analyses were conducted on related concepts,literature sources,temporal and spatial distribution,and keyword distribution to reveal research themes and hotspots.Results:A total of 669 articles were included,published in 208 journals by 432 first research institutions,covering 991 keywords.The research topics were categorized into eight themes.Conclusion:Lean management has been widely studied in hospital management,but its application and innovative development remain uneven,and theoretical research needs further refinement.
