Construction of an evaluation model for clinical specialty centralization in public hospitals based on the balanced scorecard
Objective:To establish an evaluation model for clinical specialty centralization in public hospitals. Methods:Based on the balanced scorecard,an evaluation framework was developed from the dimensions of center structure, clinical development capability, financial operation, technological innovation, and clinical translation capacity. The Delphi method was used to construct the evaluation indicator system, and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to determine the indicator weights. Results:An evaluation model for clinical specialty centralization was developed, consisting of 5 Level l indicators,11 Level 2 indicators, and 28 Level 3 indicators. Conclusion:The constructed evaluation model is adaptable and provides a reference framework.Hospitals can adjust the weight coefficients according to their specific development needs to create a tailored evaluation model for clinical specialty centralization.
