Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of integrating Party building with business operations in public hospitals,analyze the relationship between overall hospital performance and the degree of integration,and clarify the mechanism by which this integration promotes hospital development,providing both theoretical and practical support for the high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods:Using a previously developed evaluation index system for Party-business integration,data from 11 Beijing municipal hospitals in 2021 were collected.Each hospital's weighted total score for Party-business integration was calculated and ranked,followed by a Spearman correlation analysis comparing these rankings with 2021 performance assessment rankings from the Beijing Municipal Hospital Administration Center.Changes in hospital performance rankings from 2019 to 2021 were also analyzed to explore the relationship between integration level and hospital performance.Results:The Spearman correlation coefficient between total score rankings and performance rankings for the 11 hospitals in 2021 was 0.6,indicating a high and significant correlation.Additionally,the changes in performance rankings from 2019 to 2021 showed strong consistency with the level of Party-business integration in 2021.Conclusion:The degree of integration between Party building and business operations is highly correlated with hospital performance.Effective integration provides strong support for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
