Healthcare professionals are the backbone of the healthcare system,making their occupational health a matter of significant practical importance.In recent years,occupational stress has emerged as a pressing health issue for healthcare workers and a key research focus both domestically and internationally.This review examines occupational stress among healthcare professionals from four perspectives:study populations,assessment methods,influencing factors,and the impact of occupational stress on their health.Recommendations for managing and mitigating occupational stress are proposed to provide guidance for improving the occupational well-being of healthcare professionals.
